Something I've never seen before. Quite a lengthy delay in this game between New York City FC and Orlando City SC, as it seems the referee doesn't know the rules. After consulting VAR, Orlando's keeper was given a 2nd yellow for being off his line. The ref initially allowed Orlando to put their sub keeper in goal, then changed his mind just before the penalty was retaken. Eventually one of the centre halves goes in goal, and saves New York's final penalty. To be honest, I watched without the volume on as my Mrs was still asleep. They do love the sound of their own voice over there though.
