On Andrew Marr this morning, comes across very well. Also been impressed with him during the daily briefings. Can see him being a future Prime minister.

Agreed. He definitely comes across very well indeed. I reckon he will be in the next leadership contest.

Nah, he’ll be hung out to dry by Johnson and Cummins when the **** finally hits the fan big time. Anyway, feel sick to the pit of my stomach as it is watching this Tory fiasco did deeper and deeper, don’t even want to start thinking of a future term with Tories in charge. Hope all those that voted are happy with them, and if you are, well I despair.

If you had to pick a favourite Tory cabinet minister he would win by a landslide. I think he's done the best he could in the never before known climate we are in. The next leadership race he looks a PM in the making.

I remember his performance during the brexit debate, he was one of the no marks they rolled out for the cameras. I got him down as a smarmy, follow the party line, say what I’m told yes man.
I’ve seen little to change that view.

It's mainly labour's fault for standing behind an unelectable leader.

Are you saying he’s the best of a bad bunch? Only Tory’s would pick a favourite cabinet minister, especially The current horrible, lying incompetent lot. I think you’ll have gathered I’m out

It does have some truth to it though. Whatever the rights or wrongs of the press campaign agaisnt Corbyn it was clear Labour could not win with him as leader heading into the last election.

I can see, that’s why I challenge. Love the Tory’s on here pretending not to vote for Labour because of Corbyn. I get why people couldn’t take to him, but many of Labour Party’s policies were sound. The Tory-backed media onslaught on him was something else, we thought they were harsh on Milliband, but it was nothing compared to Corbyn’s treatment. The biggest single reason for Tory victory was Brexit with Labour being more split over the Tories. Leave it alone indeed, the election has been done to death on here many fold, but if you want to start another, crack on.
