I was sat in the home end with an old mate from school who's a Rotherham fan. 60 seconds before we scored, I said to him they were the team who looked likelier to score. He was impressed with our drive + movement and very jealous of our scouting network.
They had two chances to shoot early in the game and took too long on both occasions. A more confident team would have probably scored one of the two chances. Sent from my SM-G850F using Tapatalk
Tbf Yesterday's game wasn't a crystal ball into how we have adapted with the departures , incomings etc. It was a local derby and everything goes out of the window imo , league position ,form ,everything. I think the next two home games will tell us more about our current status . Having said all that it could take three or four games before new signings get up to scratch so what do I know lol
No, I think you're spot on. Top 6 place beckons, and Tuesday and Saturday will be more testing. Sent from my SM-G850F using Tapatalk
Only thing I'd dispute is about the ref. Thought he was equally lenient with the centre backs. Bradshaw got kicked to shreds, but it was obvious the ref was giving nothing. Think they were complaining the same at their end. Felt sorry for Rotherham. They are a fine line from being an ok team, but the lack of confidence was obvious. We didn't play that weel, but had the break. We've been where they are.
