Same 2.5 million price that Nixon mentioned when he said last week Leeds wanted him. Would be the third Bournemouth signing off Liverpool if he did go there. Wouldn't be paying that kind of money for three assists/goals as an attacking player and our outfield player with most appearances.

You pay for potential. English player with natural talent just needs to click and he's worth 10 times that.

Kent is class on his day and can see why teams like Leeds and Bournemouth would want him.

Everton were dealing with one of the most inept clubs in the football league when it comes to transfers and contracts.

The same Nixon who assured us that Winnall to Huddersfield was a done deal.

Nixon throws enough **** around until some sticks. No doubt he has some sources at clubs but I'd like to see some analysis on his strike rate because there's some proper rubbish spouted by him.

The opinions of Ryan Kent on this forum are a mirror image of those of the Coventry fans in pre-season when we signed him. For that matter they're also quite similar to those of our fans regarding Lloyd Isgrove a little under a year ago too.

Widely regarded as a good player, but with little end product. He's certainly improving week on week in my opinion, and of course he's still some way off the age that a player playing in his position is likely to peak.

I think the likelihood of us signing him in the summer is slim as I don't think we've seen the best of him, and has massive potential, so I can see him going somewhere where he'll be offered more money. Leeds is a reasonable shout. But I don't think based on this season alone, he's ready for the premier league. Honestly, I can't see him being a regular in the top flight to be honest. He seems to over complicate everything. He needs to learn to release the ball sooner. I suppose that's one of the habits which academy football teaches you which isn't always permissable in first team football.

I'd love Nixons job, paid healthily to sit at home making **** up. Dream job.

Some folk on ere do it on a voluntary basis. But I'd want paying!

He's got lots of room for improvement in my opinion

    Plus a ridiculous accent.

Not sure why everyone's so bothered about what happens to Kent in the summer, he's not our player and unless we go for in for him on loan again I doubt he will ever be again, not overly keen on him, has some good moments and some bad but there's gotta be someone better available in the Summer so that we aren't have to compete with clubs offering stupid wages to get in what I can tell is an average Championship winger with potential
