    Dominate possession.
Squander all the chances we create.
Get hit with a sloppy sucker punch.

    We shouldn't be surprised!

Same old same old. Can’t win a game if we waste chances.

Mowatt dropped a fecking clanger. Needs to rifle one in early second half just to make up for that. Stendel must be sick to the stomach of watching us waste possession and chances.

Kind of game a bit of experience helps...

You do not get much more experienced players than the one that dropped the clanger today , Mowat has well over 100 championship games under his belt & quite a few games at this level , so all this cry for experience may be the flavour of the month but it our most experienced out field player who made the error today . p.s , the owners/management cannot do anything until january .

Played well today, but it's goals that win matches
They are falling away and need someone in January to improve us.
We have rich owners so surely a good player or two should not be a problem ???

It was a cracking match. Barnsley were way & above the best footballing side.

On another day at least 2 of Cauley's shots & McGeehan's effort would have slipped past the keeper in those conditions.
We were shooting from everywhere today, which I'm sure Stendel will have have asked for.

Potts & Moore missed sitters & a few other great efforts were blocked.

They had only 3 decent chances. We were too cavalier in our passing out of defence, though on occasions the build up play was breathtaking.
    (The weather too, admittedly).

I agree with you , I thought we played very well today against the top of the league & I am not sure who posted it ,but someone said on here that they expected Portsmouth to win 4 or 5 nil , my word , way off with that prediction , a 3 v 1 win to the reds would have been a fair reflection but at the end of the day the result is a draw, but it is a result & performance we can take a lot from .

Yes, totally. Unbeaten home record preserved & confidence should be restored in our inexperienced players, as I'm sure the coaching staff will be using on video.
