    I think what it has proven is we now have a proper squad. There's going to be a fair amount of players sitting in the stands when the injuries clear up. Well, we've definitely got numbers now, which we haven't had for years. Still low on quality on the face of it, but we've some unknown quantities in Pinillos, Knazman, Mahoney and McBurnie. But its nice to have options.

    Regardless of what starting line up is, I'm looking forward to the upcoming games a lot more now.

    Yeah! . . . Even QPR on Saturday.

    Never mind I'm sure Mr Lee will buy five or six Premier League stars for you in the summer. In the meantime those of us living in the real world are reasonably pleased with the acquisition of six players who blend experience and promise plus the retention of an excellent player in Yiadom.

    I’m pretty certain about 9 starters.

    Davies
    Yiadom ? Lindsay Pinillos
    Hammill Gardner Williams ?
    Moore Bradshaw

    The question marks all depend on fitness, it’ll be a case of who’s in the best shape out of Mills, Pearson & Jackson for centre back & the same with Mahoney, Isgrove & Hedges.

    Can’t see him throwing McBurnie or Knasmüllner straight in when we’ve decent partnerships in central midfield & Bradshaw & Moore we’re looking good before Cavare did what he did

    Chuck all the new faces in at once. We never get anything at QPR anyway, so let's use it as a test match and see what these new fellas can offer.

    Sorry I forgot Pinillos had come on for the 2nd half I'd tried to blank that 45 mins from my mind. Would be 5 players making a first start. Either way I don't see Hecky putting those 5 all in the side at once. Given our record at QOR I'd be tempted as would give them game time.

    No argument just I would be surprised if we did. Maybe McBurnie on the bench probably knasmullner too. It is nice for us to have some actual options though and the potential to make changes in a game.

    That’s it for me. Jury’s out whether we’ve added significant quality yet but we’ve definitely added depth to cover injuries and loss of form.

    Hope Knazman can show us something different in particular. He’s been at some huge clubs, but never shown his obvious talents consistently. He could be a huge asset.

    Time will tell mate, time will tell.
