Didn’t go yesterday but after watching the brief highlights, the goal was a routine chip into the box and two towering headers beat our smaller players to the ball. Can’t tell but looks like pinillos gets out jumped on the first header and starts to hold the back of his head then looks like mowatt is the man who gets beat for the resulting header, while everyone else is stood around ball watching

I’m sure in Winklers pre match interview, he emphasises how much Coventry rely on set pieces due to their size and strength in these areas, so why wasn’t this acted upon?

Can’t deal losing to such a soft goal!

Watch Lindsay’s involvement? or lack of it, as the case maybe.

Pinnock stood off the goal scorer , he allowed him to get a free header .

The marking was none existent from Lindsay and Pinnock. They should’ve been stood on the taller lads

So many times this season and last I’ve seen Lindsay ball watching on set pieces. His positional sense in these situations leaves a lot to be desired

I don't get the thing about Coventry's size - we had the four biggest players on the pitch in Moore, Lindsay, Pinnock and Cavare and were beaten to three consecutive headers in our own box, including one where the smallest bloke on the pitch outjumped Mowatt whilst Lindsay watched, rooted.

It's the zonal marking system isn't it? We don't match our taller players with theirs, we ask them to protect a particular area.

I didn't go yesterday, so maybe we've changed, but that's how we've positioned ourselves in other matches this season.
