I find Evans very similar to Warnock. He protects his own team and has a will to win that definitely rubs opponents and others up the wrong way. But when the red mist descends, he can be irrational. However, when he managed Rotherham, I always found his interviews on Radio Sheffield good listening, passionate and balanced. Catch him at the wrong moment though and his mouth loses the biological link to his brain.
Difference between him and warnock is that warnock is by all accounts just a passionate man who gets a bit too biased. Evans is a convicted tax evader who is extremely lucky not to be on the sex offenders register. After publicly exposing himself to a woman and making sexual comments to her.
Point taken, I genuinely didn't know about that (the exposure bit), although the tax stuff is well documented. Was he convicted for the exposure thing as well?
