Same **** diffrent day. Yesterday pinnock to Brentford today moore to Sunderland for pittance. Roll on next Friday.

 

£2 million? I’ll drive him there myself. Not good enough for The Championship which is where we want to be. Decent in this league but I’m sure there’s better players on our radar and with actual potential. The only problem is it’s Sunderland but I don’t think we would get any more for him from anyone else.

This is probably another one of those release clause that’s been put in after us getting relegated and having to take a wage cut.

We have no one at the club who will come out and quash the rumour so it’s literally count down to deadline day fear for the worst & hope for the best.

I can understand selling Potts and Moncur and I'm not too fussed either have gone. I could also see why Pinnock would be sold if teams are willing to pay over £5 million. But selling our top scorer to a direct promotion rival for £2 million pound would be completely brainless. The slightly worrying thing is the journalist who is writing the article is usually quite accurate. Guess there is no mention of us accepting the offer at this stage at least and no dreaded release clause noted yet.
