    Had a shocker 2nd half. Missed clear pen to Ali when player caught his ankle and made no contact with ball and as for foul against Kane when player fell over!! Giving nearly all decisions to Croatia. Lino far side no better. Cant see when a ball is clearly out of play.

    Poor. The free kicks Mandzukic won for falling over in the second half were laughable. One at an England corner and one when he threw himself down after trying to turn on the ball. Missed several clear fouls on England players, especially the one on Kane near the corner. But what can you do.
