I wouldn’t agree that they are ‘fully incompetent ‘. I think there’s further room for growth.

Is there a conspiracy by the FA against Barnsley Football Club Ltd?

    IMHO No!

Is there a money driven ethos within the FA resulting in favouritism and inconsistency regarding judicial review processes favouring perceived 'big' more fashionable clubs with larger fan base and more TV revenue generating potential adding to the FA coffers e.g. Leeds , Sunderland, etc.

    IMHO Yes!

Time and again, when it comes to red card appeals, not to mention clear breaches in FFP rules, the small clubs rarely get the rub of the green whilst the big(ger) clubs get off scot free. Nothing to do with BFC being picked on other than the fact they are perceived as a small unfashionable club
The ease with which SKY can click their fingers and the FL and FA allow matches to be rearranged to suit scheduling demonstrates that the fans and clubs play second fiddle to the broadcasters with the money. Not a conspiracy but it is pretty self evident that decisions are money driven
