    Manchester Derby in America
Loads of Asians going mental as WBA get off the coach

What an absolute joke of a competition. I'd hate for us to abandon our fans in pursuit of money.

Yes but the season is too long and they play too many matches so need a winter break / no league cup / no replays etc, etc

They only want a winter break to go on money making mini tours. Didn't Liverpool jet off to the far east for an end of season tour ?

There's loads of PL teams out in the Far East at the moment, plus the two Manchester teams in America.

Pretty sure you never used to be able to play a team in the same league as you during pre season?

I thought the same, but QPR played Reading twice on the same day last week.

I think they both fielded a mix of 1st and u23s teams in each game.

Reading won both games if you're interested :)

I actually saw that, wasn't it 2-0 and 5-2 or something? I thought it was an error at first!

I don't really see the problem. MUFC is owned by Americans. That's the way of the game now.

As for abandoning their fans, this is a pre-season tour not a permanent move abroad. You like to live and watch football abroad instead of coming to Oakwell. Aren't you abandoning your club? Or are you the only one allowed to have an international outlook on the game?

Pre season or not, fans still want to watch their team. How do you know I don't attend Oakwell?
