    If this is to go towards solving the London housing crisis by creating affordable homes/socially owned rentals then it's a worthwhile sacrifice.

    If this is to be 'Wembley Gateway' luxury apartments for faceless Chinese businessmen at £1m a pop, it's a scandal.

    Sadly, I think I already know which of the two it'll be without looking it up...
