    I think Belgium will want the bronze medal and personally I think we should be going for it too.
    There's not too many English players with world cup medals.

    In most other tournaments it seems pointless, but this is the World Cup, and winning the bronze medal in it is still a pretty big achievement. I'm sure that the players (and hopefully the fans!) will realise that as soon as they get over the initial disappointment. :)

    Good things to come from England in future imo . We may never get a more favourable path to the final as this year but that doesn’t mean we can’t get there beating top teams .
    With the basics of this squad and future additions Sessegnon etc I’m confident of competing in future tournaments .
    I hope we get third place the lads deserve this consolation but then again so do Belgium but it’s anout winning and I’m sure we’ll hive it our best shot
