I was just reading an interview with wigan chairman young david sharpe who said he spent a week on holiday in ibiza last year with roberto martinez and his family. He went on to say he spent half the week with martinez analysing players on wyscout and that week signed three players for Wigan.
Ive just googled wyscout and it basically looks like a tool which comes up with whatever your plan wants to be anyway. Looks like you have to pay to use it fully of anyone's interested here's a link.
