I don't mind him myself. He's a bugger for playing mind games I'll grant you, but whoever he works for gets someone that is extremely committed and loyal whilst he's there. If he was at Oakwell now, I'd feel more confident about us making a fist of staying up, and that's not being disrespectful to Jose - - just knowing what Warnock is capable of.

One of the best ever football league managers. His record speaks for itself. He's not out there to make friends, so the mind games and wind ups that get under peoples skin, work in his favour. He knows how to pressure officials and how to take negative spotlight away from his own players. Few know how to get the job done as well as Colin. Looking good for yet another promotion, after totally turning them around from relegation candidates. Most hated manager is a bit much. He's not even the most hated manager Blunts have had, as that would be Blackhead
He actually comes across as a very decent bloke after the game adrenaline has gone, unfortunately he is a complete **** during and immediately after!
He’s mellowed a fair bit. He was at one time called the most hated man in football. On more than one occasion heard telling his players to break opponents players legs in his early days. Can’t knock his record as a manager but I’ll stop short of being a fan of his or his persona.
