Trying to over complicate things with a poor squad of players, along with far too much rotation. He won't last long, and will go down as one of the worst managerial appointments in our clubs history.
You'll have to go back to before January 17 to find a post where i don't whinge. So yes, you are quite correct Mister OxRed
Yes and NO. We certainly have the players. But he’s trying to do things his way - which just isn’t working. Int Irish bar just now but will post later.
He's killing our club. Hammill frozen out. Isgrove frozen out. McBurnie left wing, then left back, then defensive midfield. Insipid tactics. Defensive mindset. Morais out.
What a daft reply. By using the phrase "typical foreign manager" you imply that all foreign managers are inept. Which is quite silly looking at the english league tables.
Crap tactics. Poor players. The perfect storm. Worst performance of the season by some way. Worrying times. And chucking 4 forwards on non league tactics.
Its alright being complex with team selection and tactics if you have a good squad of players, which we don't. So we need to go back to basics.
What we've got is a management team used to working with players that have operated in ths stratosphere but our players in the main have operated in the lower leagues and the two are just not coming together.
Did we get to the bottom of what it had to do with him being foreign? I was quite looking forward to finding out.
