So what are you saying? You appear to be saying you think it's wrong that he wasn't allowed to turn down normal jobs until he found one giving him the lifestyle he preferred is that it the case?

Also buying houses with mortgages at 15%?

I’ve paid tax ni vat duties etc for 42 years. I’ve claimed nothing but I’ve had the benefit of nhs for my family and my adult children have received a state education.

I don’t begrudge the amounts I’ve paid as it funded the pensions of past generations and contributed to the general funds of the nation.

In six years I’ll be state pension age and receive the state pension. I hope I’ll not be too burdensome to the millennials.

Post 18, probably him over the next 20 years. As opposed to the generation before him, when the answer would have been ‘the state’.

The cost to the country of all these fraudsters is less than the system put in place to stop them.

The cost to this country of JSA fraudsters is significantly less than those Multinationals and Nationals who are not paying the tax they should.

In life, we should always punch upwards, if you're punching at those below you, you're doing something wrong.

No sorry. These people are not below me, they are fraudsters who sit at home fraudulently claiming money while I am busting my ******** every day to put a roof over my head.

Novel concept but I have equal contempt for benefit frauds a f for tax fiddlers.

You didn't make a thread aimed at tax fiddlers, you made one about JSA fraudsters, you're swallowing the lies and propaganda of the Daily Mail, Sun and Tory Gov.

I resent contributing to the costs of the royal wedding far more than contributing to any form of benefits

Neither did I make a thread about axe murderers but funnily enough I'm against them too.

I made a thread about JSA fraudsters because dozens of people have applied for a job with no intention of taking it purely to get benefits and in the process have ****** me about personally forcing me to waste my time waiting for people to attend interviews when theyhave no intention of attending, have cost the company I work for money in pointlessly paid overtime, have and are costing each and everyone of us in taxes which we are paying directly into their bank accounts and have meant that genuine applicants have potentially been overlooked.

This is a genuine conversation that happened today when somebody actually turned up
Me: so what made you apply for this job out of the thousands out there?
Him: the job centre made me
Me: fair enough, at least you're honest. So what do you know about the job then?
Him: crap all. They tell me to apply so I do to keep them off my back.

    Later in the interview...
Me: so if you got the job when would you be able to start?
Him: I guess in a month? Don't tell the job centre that though or they'll stop my money

Fortunately however I can happily report that I have successfully employed the required number of people as today has been quite productive in terms of the number of people who came for an interview when asked. I don't know if this is just a coincidence or not but of the people who turned up I would say 90% were young lads and lasses under 20 which I find interesting considering the widely reported myth is that young people don't want work.

You lack of knowledge on this knows no bounds. Spewing out little understood right wing propaganda. You example above just shows you to have a poor selection process and that aren’t very good at pre interview selection. You wasted your own time. Put Somme better processes in place.
