Just seen goal disallowed yet again for England women. VAR has the potential to make me stop watching football.

No it was hand ball or so VAR said. Looked like a good goal to me.

The penalty England got in the semi final was everything wrong with VAR. Once the idea has been put into the refs head they have got it wromg they invariably change the decision.

It takes all the confidence out of referees. She gave the goal and then, because VAR raised a question, she lost her bottle.

I saw all the replays and still could not say 100% if it was a hand ball. So if the ref also saw the same replays I doubt she could say 100% hand ball.
So unless var can prove 100% then the refs original decision should stand.

None, cos it's vile. Apologies I thought we were discussing the semi finals.

This. I don't like VAR, but I feel if it is to continue the decision should be made by the people watching the screens, not the ref
