    Err’ pillock, the people I refer to hadn’t been drinking nor are they drunks. We were the 2nd coach there today and these people went straight to the ground. They approached Conway and Our CEO in a proper manner and this is what was said to them

    I'm not sure the board can win.... They speak openly with fans about transfers and are moaned at for not talking to the right fans in the right way or they dont speak to anyone and are moaned at for not doing so.

    Apologies for the drunk comment. I've since changed it.

    They do tend to go for pictures and chats with drinking groups a lot though rather than using the nice shiny official site which they own.

    I think that the point may well be that your reporting is hearsay and thus needs to be taken as such.

    Well your original post has been the most encouraging thing to come to pass today in our now bare walled house.

    Quite right. And those on here have to weigh up, having regard to where it emanates from, whether any "information" posted is rock solid reliable fact or fanciful unreliable tripe.

    Yep, The conversation I talk about came about when someone said that Ashley Hunter was a done deal and that it had come from Conway. Then one of the lads turned and said Conway and CEO just said to them to bear with us and we’ll be pleased at the signings

    It’s like any business deal... do not disclose until signed and sorted. To have a quiet word with a fan off record is a way of settling fears without informing the world that we are desperate to sign another teams starlet...
