You take the time to register on another teams forum and that's the best you can come up with. Aye, get thi sen off, especially if you think folk are going to defend a pitch invader. Toodle pip
No sympathy for pne who got what for saturday. I follow barnsley away all over never been in a scrap or hit but you go to other towns get pissed and act like morons and big men when you get a slap its deserved end of.
Here's a scenario for you. You've got two clubs. For twenty years one has been far superior to the other. The first club then starts to decline. It gets relegated from it's natural level but is still able to main to an average gate of over 13,000. Things get worse. It goes into administration. It barely survives in the division below but just about manages to. It then has three mediocre seasons to follow but manages to get back to it's natural level. Unfortunately it struggles at that level and only just about manages to avoid relegation before finally being relegated in dire fashion. The second club had been a third or fourth division club during these first twenty years. However, after twenty years away it finally gets back to the second tier - a level that many have never known. It does quite well at this level, and in a five year period it gets into the play offs three times and narrowly misses out on another occasion. It then suffers a rapid decline and gets relegated. Now, which of these two clubs would you say had performed in a manner where you would expect it to have a larger fan base and to maintain that fan base? There is a right answer by the way. .
so what proof do you have of this, cause ive just spent 15 mins going through the 4 pages of this conversation and quite frankly, your boring the **** out of me, by sounds of what ive heard, your fans were being bell ends (the majority in town before the game), and surprised their wasn't more trouble that what their actually was
I'm pretty sure the copper who dove out of the car to restrain two PNE fans dressed like Laurel & Hardy swinging punches at Barnsley fans as they walked towards their cars will probably say the same story as the majority of BFC fans on here. I walking into Joseph Bramhas about 7:30 and there where about 7 PNE dressed in Lacoste etc still acting the lovely person in a boozer with about 6 people in
Having been in the Premiership, Barnsley. Simple as that. Unquestionably. See Wigan, Hull, Cardiff, Reading and Portsmouth for other examples. Compare our crowds now, to when we were last promoted from this League, in 2000. Where are we going with this? I'm genuinely at a loss as to what point youre trying to make.
We have got the blunts and chesterfield coming up soon so id expect more of the same from them ( plenty of idiots out in town) althought blunts game wont be too bad been 12.15 ko
Jingaling, jingaling. Can you please explain to me, what point he's trying to make, please? I'm a bit thick. Cheers.
Your crowds are about 2,500 lower than when you were promoted in 2000. If you can't see the point I'm trying to make then this debate is over.
Not read all the pages on this thread but I saw about a dozen Preston all in clobber walk straight into courthouse at half tweve with no challenge, they were ignorant in no7 and were smoking through emergency exit. Didn't see any trouble on journey to ground but did leave via car park and saw nothing either. Just loud
Finally, after coming in from a hard day's work and wading through 6 pages of guff, I finally get some sense from you. I know the North West has a large population of bell ends, so you are forgiven, just.
Well this is an incredibly boring thread. I hope he doesn't come back, I can't cope with reading any more drivel.
