    I always here how people pile on the pounds at Christmas.....for some reason I seem to go the other way.....i can eat a carrot more than a donkey but for some reason seem to loose a few pound and a notch off my belt at Christmas!!!

    Is it just me?

    Don’t notice much of a difference to be honest. When teaching I used to lose a bit during summer holidays but now I tend to stay fairly static-ish.
