My friends grandad sadly passed away this week and he had already purchased his season ticket for the coming season

My friend went down to make them
Aware he wouldn't be attending , BFC offered a full refund or pay an extra £100 to upgrade to an adult

    Significant discount

Just thought it was worth a mention

My mate is now going along with his uncle and we have a new supporter on board after losing someone who went for 65 years

Good stuff and it mirrors my experience. Following a change in my personal circumstances, I've recently had to contact a load of organisations and places where I'm a member or have got subscriptions/annual payments set up.

By far and away the easiest and most pleasant and efficient to deal with was BFC. Less than a minute on the blower, problem sorted, job done.

    Great gesture.
Purely out of interest though who would they have given the refund to?

I asked the exact same question to my mate and he didn't know because he was never going to get a refund . He was going to keep the seat spare for his young son who might go to the odd game
