    Basically it goes like this....

    Points scored > Goal Difference > Goals Scored > Fair Play Demerit Points > FIFA Draw

    So if it goes to fair play demerit points..

    Player Receives a Yellow Card = 1 point
    Player Receives a 2 Yellow Cards so is sent off = 3 points
    Player Receives a Straight Red Card = 4 points
    Player Receives a Yellow Card followed by a Straight Red Card = 5 points


    If teams are still level.. FIFA will conduct a draw so its names out of a hat basically.
