From Beth who works at Oakwell from Facebook. Seen a few questions regarding iFollow and Saturday’s game, and a lot of wrong answers! The information is on the website but I appreciate not everyone looks there. So for clarity, Reds Reserved members get a new code for every home league game. The code will be with you at least the day before each game. Reserved Plus members will also get a code before each away midweek game. Redeem your code as soon as you can and try to avoid doing it on matchday. Something like 60% of clubs are streaming via the iFollow platform so technical issues are more likely to occur when there are high volumes of traffic. Also if you encounter a problem redeeming it on a Wednesday/Thursday there’s more chance of iFollow sorting it rather than at 2.55pm on the day of the game. Ensure your bill total is £0.00 before you enter your card details (apply the code first). Nobody gets a code for cup games. Nobody gets a code for away Saturday games. However, all games that you don’t get codes for are available to purchase for a £10 match pass via our website/iFollow. The money from the match passes comes to the club. The codes/streaming rules are subject to EFL and broadcasting regulations (which clubs have no control over) and could change. As things stand these procedures will be in place whilst ever games are behind closed doors or stadia are at reduced capacity. If you have issues with your iFollow account (can’t log in, payment issues, streaming issues etc) you need to contact iFollow directly. Barnsley FC have no access to your account details with them. They have a live chat facility towards the bottom right of the screen if you can log in. Alternatively their email address is ifollow@efl.com. Do not use the ‘contact us’ link on the website as that goes to Barnsley FC and unfortunately we’re unable to help.
