The weather, forecast suggests that the teams will have to contend with gale force winds blowing towards the North Stand today. This could have a serious impact on the quality of football.

If you won the toss which way would you kick first?

If there's any weather advantage available when you win the toss, use it. It might not be there at the start of the second half.

Forty mph winds are forecast from 10am to 4pm so it won't make much difference which way we kick first. It'll be 6-0 at half-time and 6-6 at the end with a dozen balls last seen rolling down Harborough Hill.

20 degrees and dry weather showing on the map. Great conditions despite the wind, for how far in to October we are. Better than if it was tomorrow when the temp halves.

I'm never sure the wind provides much of an advantage at Oakwell because of the way it swirls. I've seen each corner flag blowing in a different direction to the other three more times than I've had hot dinners!

I made me and our lass a nice curry last night. Slimming world recipe, you’d never know.

It’s certainly windy this morning though.
