Dunno mate, think sedgwicks name cropped up by mistake but it wouldn't surprise me. Heckys lower than snakes belly for me , bad enough that he ***** off to that shower but then to come back and asset strip the club that he supposedly loves just ******* stinks, makes jonno look a saint, The lovely person
Dunno but wouldn't be surprised to see them all make the move over the coming weeks. It's great being a Tarn fan.
Surely a new manager coming in will want his own team of staff so Hecky taking his with him at least means we won't have to pay them off we might have even got some compensation for them. It's a bit bad and leaves us short for the weekend but I'm sure the players and staff we have left will pull together and we can get a positive result.
What's getting to me is the time lapse between him finally signing his new (release clause) contract and Leeds triggering it. Stinks to high heaven imho
Most managers take their backroom team with them now. Just suppose BFC looked at Rotherham. Paul Warne doing a decent job and he might fit the plan. He's a bit of a Roverum hero. If we took him and his backroom staff as we are perceived to be a slightly bigger club, would this be viewed with the same outrage amongst some BFC fans leaving Roverum to pick up the pieces ? Just a thought.
Warne isn't a rovrum lad Warne wasn't a rovrum season ticket holder Warne hasn't waxed lyrical about being stood on the terraces at millmoor as a rovrum lad and how much the club means to him and his family , sithi.
Agreed although he has an affinity with the club. My point was more along the line of how would we react to clearing Rotherham out of their management team ?
Scenario is a bit different for me mate, rovrum are just outside the playoffs and not stuck in a relegation battle and then there is the affinity they both have with their respective clubs, warnes is born out of playing for rovrum and being popular with the fans. Heckys runs alot deeper than that, the way he spoke about the club and what it meant to him, he sounded like you and i, like one of us, a fan who's stood on those terraces and knows how we tick and much it hurts when we lose and how fantastic the feeling is when we win. I get the financial aspect of him going and looking after his family however to come back and take the majority of the backroom staff from a club you claim to love thus further destabilising it is ******* abysmal behaviour and the actions of a thoroughly selfish lovely person , sithi.
Depends if we stick with the head coach model. The idea was supposed to be that you didn't replace all the backroom staff when the head coach left. Worked well, hasn't it?
Till Sunday yes.... Not so much now! Looks like a full rebuild doesn't it? Whoever comes in needs to have their own backroom staff and be able to hit the ground running.
