    Nuno Espírito Santo. Used to manage Valencia when they were top four / five the other year and then managed Porto (I think) last season.

    Top appointment and would expect them to challenge next season with that appointment and their backing.

    How dare a club sack a manager that is under performing! I'm glad we've never sacked a manager

    He was sacked because he wanted to have the final say in recruitment - not the Portuguese agent Jorge Mendes who was responsible for most of the signings in the last 12 months.
    His actual record wasnt too bad since he joined but if he has no say in the players who are signed this summer I can see why there was a falling out
