Just seen this on Twitter. She climbed over the barrier to take a selfie with a Jaguar and paid the price. Looks nasty though! Thankfully the Jaguar will not be put down. I love the passive aggressive statement made by the zoo. They should sue her for trespassing.
Absolutely mental thing to do. I'm glad the woman is ok but also glad the Jaguar isn't going to pay the price for the crass stupidity of a human.
My thoughts exactly. I thought it could spark some interesting conversation on here. I particularly liked the “at the request of the family, paramedics were called” as though to say that they didn’t really care, but the family insisted.
Beat me to it but that was my first thought when I saw the story Hopefully it sounds like the woman will recover and maybe just maybe she will learn from it and be a bit more responsible in future Glad the Jaguar is not being punished - though personally I am not a fan of keeping wild animals in cages anyway
Typical of society nowadays. People do whatever the **** they like, rules are for other people, "I'm not hurting anybody am I?". Almost certain she'll try to sue the park claiming that there was insufficient signage or some other ********.
She won't sue the park as someone else tried the same thing previously but backed down as even the US Court system couldn't find a case for him (although he claimed he was doing it for the love of additional security not money ........). This is the second time this jaguar has lashed out at someone. And the second time someone has crossed the barriers like an idiot.
