Well that's exactly my point - except Chanceri will get more for it now.

They are committed to paying 10 players (reportedly) £15m a year for the next 2/3/4 years.

Their wage bill must be pushing 30 mil a year at least.

The tuna man has a net worth of £700m. Imagine he is pumping in 20 or 30 million a year.... how long until he packs his bags or refuses to invest?

He targeted 2017. They'll be in this league or lower for another 5 or 10 years.

    Great investment!

It's his families net worth, not the guy who owns the pigs. His dad's got to give his brother his share at some point, probably tell him not to piss it up the wall like his brother.

Rich people tend to be rich for a reason. They don't waste money.

The bloke wanted to chase the £100m dream (which in itself is a false economy as most premier league wage bills are close to that!). And he'll lose double or triple that trying.

It's enjoyable watching. £15m for Jordan Rhodes and £3m a year! He must feel sick of Sheffield already!

Personally all I want is for Chansiri to piss off, count his losses and ditch them. I've just about had enough.
When they were took over a few years ago I stopped buying tinned tuna, for obvious reasons. I must admit I'm really missing it now. I took it for granted, used to have it all the time - tuna pasta bake, tuna mayo sarnies, tuna mayo and sweetcorn and jacket taty from jacket taty man, tuna nicoise salad, Anyway you get the picture. It's time for a new mega rich tinned food entrepreneur to have a crack - I'm hoping and praying that this time it's Mr Pek or Mr Spam as this would coincide very nicely with my new health regime which boycotts processed meats.

I'm not clever enough to know the medical term for it, but I'm sure there's some psychological disorder where people wish for the worst to happen (in this case a failure to progress) to someone/something they supposedly care about. Seems odd to me but it takes all sorts. I think in this case it may be a feeling that they are too good to be a supporter of such a poxy provincial team.
