"Yids' was determined to carry on but it's a painful and debilitating injury and we had to look long term. He kept dislocating his shoulder and having it put back in, he tried to get to half time and we put a real good strapping on it but his first contact second half was him done." Top man. Hope we don't lose him for long
Should have been sent off for it. He knew exactly what he was doing and made no attempt to win the ball, his sole intention was to injure a player and the last time i checked the rules that was a red card offence.
Their player (was it Reach) knew exactly what he was doing when he pulled his arm in the second half. It was a cynical and intentional.
This thread is pathetic in the extreme. Our player should be able to say to the opposition "don't touch my shoulder mate cos it might pop out"? If you're injured you get replaced. That's it. Anyone who thinks that any quarter should be given is basically a person whom knows nothing about how sport works,
The decision to bring him off should have been made much sooner. Unfortunately our only other fit left back wasn't even on the bench. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
He didn't touch his shoulder. He yanked his arm downwards deliberately in an attempt to injure yiadom. You may think that is acceptable behaviour but i don't. Each to their own.
So you didn't see anything intentional in his actions? I agree that Yids probably shouldn't have come back out but that doesn't excuse what Reach did.
Normally. If ag Normally I agree how to yank out a players arm after they new it had been put back in place in premeditated. It's disgusting
Can't see owt wrong with this statement - it's 100% factually correct. Happened right in front of me, Reach was laughing about it and was congratulated by the full-back - wouldn't surprise me if it was a plan that formed the main element of Carlos Kickaball's half time talk. Was Reach's second bookable offence from an eventual five but again, his mate Mr Friend, rather disgustingly in my view, just had a laugh with him over it.
It was a deliberate action by Reach, anyone defending it must not have had a good view or is off their rocker. Horrible, cynical & should've been a booking for a drag back to stop a counter attack with no attempt to play the ball. If he did get booked for that I wonder if he'd have even tried to slide in & win the ball to set Winnall up? I've got a feeling that if he's on a card he's not sliding in from round the side of the keeper for fear of taking Davies out & getting a second yellow but we'll never know.
I'm on the planet where 11 fit players play 11 fit players. Where no quarter is given nor asked for. Are you on the planet where you ask the other side what particular injury they've got, so's I can know how to tackle them?
He didn't tackle him. He deliberately tugged on the arm that he knew was severely injured and smiled when he saw the damage he had done. Again you feel that is acceptable behaviour, nobody else does.
This post is pathetic in the extreme. Any player that deliberately go's out to injure in any shape or form another player should not only be sent off but summed for grievous bodily harm (GBH) it's f***ing disgusting.
