Today's news puts a different slant on things for Yiadom doesn't it?

Will he still go to Swansea who look like getting relegated, or West Brom, similarly poor?

Will he pull his finger out and stay at Oakwell if offered a better contract?

Based on the last few weeks he wouldn't be getting offered a contract for my money, he has been really poor, as has the vast majority of the others.

Yiadom hasn't become a bad player overnight.

We offered him a really good deal in the summer he wasn't interested. Like you said he doesn' become a bad player overnight just out of form like half our team. Saying people saying he is useless but then creaming over robo who is a center back at a club who are rock bottom and blues fans think is useless.... football for ya.

I honestly think that Yiadom has had his head turned by the interest and is playing like he is scared of damaging his future options should he get injured again.

Agreed. I think if we could get him tied down to a improved deal and get him settled we'd see the Yiadom of last season.

Nope, he's become a bad player over 3 months.

Out of form in a poor team. Bad player? Definitely not.

He's an integral part of the reason why we're a poor team. Cash in on him while we can.

Out of form, low on confidence and has fans on his back. It’s hardly the recipe for success, imho. I’ve every confidence that he’ll get back to his best, whether that be at Oakwell or elsewhere.

Yiadom has been a great player for BFC in the past and he doesn’t become a ***** player overnight or 3 months. He is protecting himself for a future move and he will be a great asset to any team in the future. He has great potential and has undoubtedly a future in the game, sadly I don’t think it will be with us.

Like he was an integral part of the team that lost 1 in 8.

All depends how you want to look at it, but I'd sooner keep a player that has shown what he can do than some that still have it all to prove.

2 or 3 good games and all this talk of him being $hite will be forgotten. his head's been turned, by a premier league side. hardly an indicator that he's $hit is it?

I love the contradictory nature of posts like, "he's rubbish so let's cash in on him"
