Getting in each others way, there is no leader in the team, no-one that takes responsibility for organizing the team. Hill picks the team, sorts out the tactics etc, but he cant go out on the pitch with them. It needs someone to step up to the mark and take some responsibility. Having said that. Hill certainly looks bamboozeled at the moment, for all his talk and swagger(the way he swaggers down the touchline after matches is starting to bug me), he looks like Steve MacClaren in charge of England NO FLIPPING IDEA!!! Can`t wait to hear his thoughts on tonight, while being better than Sat, it was still piss poor, no idea how to pass the ball inside the opponents half of the field.
I always thought that the benefit of playing 4-5-1 was that the 2 wide players pushed up in support of the forward......doesn't seem to be the case for us though
