This was your original quote. We have one of the busiest football boards in the country (it gets over 700,000 individual page impressions a week, and 50,000 individual visits a month), and I can think of ONE poster who called for his head. You're just plain wrong. I know you're down in the dumps what with facing up to a relegation battle and what-not, but there's no point in arguing for the sake of it over something you know nothing about.
am just going with what i saw and heard on sky sports news.if you say there was no witch hunt fair enough you go to riverside i don't but don't tell me i did'nt see or hear what i did, and i won't argue with you.
I just think you're getting mixed up with Strachan. Remember, Mowbray is one of us, and as such, he was always going to be afforded more time than most. As it's turned out, we didn't even need to give him that extra lee-way, because he made an instant impact, and the football he is now producing with more or less the same set of players Strachen had less than year later is nothing short of a miracle. Anyway, off to bed. Good luck for the season. UTB.
No you are not alone!!! I admit it wasn't pretty tonight at times it was men against boys, Boro knew our weakness and capitalized on it everytime they built an attack McDonald & Emnes pulled out wide leaving Robson to bomb forward and he destroyed us. I thought we looked ok upto the final 3rd then it fell to bits. A couple of points that need working on, Perkins isn't a winger, Haynes and Davies can't play together (do they get on?) why name Bobby club captain and not play him? Oh and I DIDN'T boo
no mate i dint gerrum mixed up am not that gone yet. didn't you lose 1st game maybe it was a reaction from that, probably have to ask sky sports.
