And if we do, is them being a better team then us, a decent excuse for being beat, i don't mind being beat at reading i'm used to it be hopefully we'll try to win and not go hoping to take a point from a nil nil draw, i'd love for a Barnsley team to just go to a place where we are expecting a pasting and go out gun oh, we expect to be beat so lets go down attacking 442 if we go 1-0 down 433 to get one back if we lose we lose but at least the fans we see we want to try and win games, we don't have the money and squads that the teams we're up against have, but i don't see that as a excuse to play one up front and hope for a draw.

Without a doubt. They are nailed on for automatic promotion, along with Southampton and Boro.

    Hang on...........................

Sorry MrsHTR - but I think if you staked on that one then I'll have lost more than you did!

There were very sound reasons for liking Hoof It's chances today - turned out Jim McGrath- ex-Timeform and current Channel 4 pundit agreed - but I think the going and the drop back to 5F were its undoing.

I ought to say at this point that I take quite an interest in the nags, but it's all about strike rate, probability and starting price. My aims are 40% winners or better. That's enough to turn a profit in anything more than the short term. Unfortunately, that means that unless I exceed expectations, I will be wrong more often than I will be right. But that's the discipline!
