Oh yes what a struggle ive had trying to sign in
and i hope Barnsley dont heve the same difficulty this season
you know i went for a trial to oakwell in 1942,
only to be told by Mr Angus Seed
"Get some horse muck in yer boots laddie"
but that did not stop working at the coal face at Barrow,
driving in the new terrritories Hong Kong China
Driver all around the Front in Korea, 1952, Egypt 1953, then back to Dear old Barnsley on the TRACIES,with my 2 Brothers
met my dear wife and got wed in 1949
but , we Literally Bumped into each other at
oakwell when Barnsley played Blackburn Rovers
in a crowd of 35,000, the biggest crowd ever at oakwell
    on the east Side
any way Young ones and Oldies
i drove yoou around town from 1949 till 1968 when i came to Immingham
    so we could enjoy Cleethorpes
im still waiting to do that,
but its nice to get back on the BBS,
and see what going on , i rely on you
to work out whats going on
as for me, its always been a struggle for barnsley
but win or lose, we are still there
Some Wonderfull Players have Performed at oakwell
may they cotinue to give you the Pleasure,
    they have given me
all i can say is COME ON BARNSLEY

Welcome back Bob. If you've still got your boots get down to see Hill, we need a new left back.

    Hi Bob

Great to hear from you again.

I hope you are well. You must have left Trackie the year I started. I worked at Barnsley Depot, 1968-82.
    I served my apprenticeship there.
