    If a customer takes a pop (verbally) at a manager of a company that is completely unacceptable.

    If a manager of a company takes a pop (verbally) at his customers that is perfectly acceptable and in actual fact praised.

    I really need it explaining to me because I am quite honestly lost on this one.
