Why did Keith Hill have a dig at the fans in his recent interview?

I really don't understand why he constantly tries to score points with the fans like he's a 5 year old. It really is pathetic in my opinion and I think it's about time that he realises the club is far bigger than him and that he is nothing but an employee who should show some respect towards those who pay his wages every week.

A perfectly innocent interview on Radio Sheffield about him watching the Bolton V Rochdale reserve game. No tricky or aggressive questions, no mention of fans from the interviewer and hill jumped straight in with a sly dig at the fans. "Are you scouting anyone from Rochdale?" "We could have been but then that would be a league one player as well wouldnt it..." or words to that effect. Clearly a dig at the fans who have criticised him.

Its about time he either dropped the attitude or left in my opinion. Hopefully the former but if the attitude stays then regardless of a few points away from home Id hope he leaves sharpish.

 

Quality, the guy makes a tongue in cheek comment after all the abuse he has taken from some fans and still gets slaughtered, personally i laughed when i heard him say it

I would be quite happy to see him go.

He has scraped a few away lucky away points and thinks he is the messiah.

I get no pleasure from watching the team get beaten and tomorrow my protest against the Cat A £30 continues.
