Did they call you back when they cut you off or did you have to call back and get put straight through?
What do you think mate?! LoL It was a farce tbh. I was just getting into my stride (i even made sure to ask how long Id got) when I got cut. And I then gave it a minute or two to see if they called back - "We'll try and get Whitey back" - but no call came. I then redialled without success (the phones were down) on three occasions. Finally on the 4th attempt I got thru and was given what? 30 seconds? Not long enough to make a point anyway. I tweeted Rob Staton afterwards and he said while the cut-off issue didnt help, he says next time I need to JUST TALK. My mate agrees having heard both my calls. He says I was too swift and too courteous. He said I should just waffle one long point like the blunt before me who was going on about merging the deedars. So Im going to probably have a 3rd time lucky attempt tomorrow evening with Seth. Thats if I can be arsed after this night shift and a few hour dropping these flyers... we shall see.
I had a feeling they are selective with who they call back and when I heard you I actually thought he had cut you off but then he said we'll call him back I thought 'yeah I bet you will' so I was suprised when you were put on air again. I'm not surprised you had to do the work and call back to be honest. Better luck tonight if you do call in.
