    Any views or advice would be greatly appreciated. Where I live we don't get great Freeview and I don't want to use Sky. Thanks

    you dont want to use sky.

    free sat uses SKYS channels and uses a SKY DISH.
    also isnt it owned by sky?

    100% comedy gold.

    Freesat owned by ITV and BBC. Can use any old Dish - even a Sky one if I want. The more aptly named Freesat by Sky is funnily enough owned by Sky.

    Yes we do. It seems OK not that we have much to compare it with. Takes AGES for program info to come through if you want to tweak recordings eg record the Archers forever and ever.

    Thanks for the info. Think I might give it a go as we get no ITV or C4 channels at the moment (might be a blessing in disguise though).

    I'm still waiting for a response after he gloated about Arsenal beating Barca in the 1st leg and that he was right in the fact that Barca's possession football meant nothing, he was quiet after the second leg...

    sorry for going to watch barnsley play, what the **** was i thinking about hey. ffs.

    and from what i understand arsenal should have gone through.
    dodgy ref and arsenal missing a load of chances.
