    Keith Hill says David Flitcroft will be on the bench as he is registered as a player. I couldn't tell if he was joking or not! #BarnsleyFC
    Hill also says he would like to extend Jacob Butterfield's contract but won't make knee jerk reactions to a few good performances.

    He does need tying down to a longer deal...not because he's the future of the club...but if he keeps improving..he will become a saleable asset...sooner rather than later...

    We need to get Butts tied down on a long contract if only to get some proper coin for him if we do sell. I think the Flitcroft remark was tongue-in-cheek due to our injury list. Would be a laugh to see him come on and score after nut-megging Shackell though.
