    Figures for what?
    If you are talking about match statistics, there are people paid to sit at games and count passes/ crosses / possession etc. Pretty sure this info then has to be bought by folks who want it.

    Friend of mine did it at Wimbledon this year. Sat on the side of a courtwith a laptop putting in data on rallies, serves, area of court, that type of thing.

    Pure guesswork. Also, some fans seem to equate these guesswork figures of the millionaire/billionaire owners as monies available to their own particular club.

    I find it funny when l see that too....."our chairmans worth £125 million so he can afford to spend £25 million in the transfer window!" like he would spend the majority of his own wealth on the club! l'd sort it in this order.......Kids, Houses, Cars, Dog, BFC, Missus
