    the old middle class are true class though , some have i phones , 4 x4 , mortgage .......................it goes on
    when they are made unemployed they stay middle class , for a period

    Unfortunately GP's made a total ****** of holding the purse strings last time. You can expect alot of medical/surgical proceedures that were free on the NHS will have to be paid for, its already happening, not long before we are back to the 1940's paying to see a GP

    yeah so do, i its the money orientated freaks that will take advantage of this bill thats my problem the people that matter in the nhs nurses etc will be near minimum wage while they're taking out for their hedge funds. and patient care will come last unless you can pay extra. the tories,lib dems should burn for this.

    its bureaucrats that have been running the NHS and bleeding it dry for years that should burn not those taking corrective action

    so istead of supporting the reall NHS works Nurses etc you are happy for the middle, senior managers and the like of PWC to carry on lingithere pockets

    just said earlier nurses will be thrown on scrapheap with this bill.then enticed to work for private firms .if you support this bill theres no way on this earth that you feel for the nhs staff. your just trying to win over with false whims typical tory tactic.

    you have no idea what the nhs means to me. Let me tell you straight It saved my father life on a number of occasions. and my heart had bleed over the the last few years to see monney spent on commtiees and nice paints for the hospital reception


    THey have waste dmillions and the money should be spent where int matter on the people and pay the staff a fare wage
