It seems that if we lose, there are certain posters that get the tittylip on with others for what they see as being negative, but it is ok for those posters to be the total opposite when we draw / win!
How does that work? Is it a crime to question Keith Hill and his tactics? Or are only happy clappers allowed on here?
I did think that free thought was a human right, not something that is applied only to a certain few!

I dont think I will be staying around here long.

Regardless of whether free speech should be allowed, I think its in our best interest as supporters to get behind our team and manager.
Fair enough if we are absoloutley terrible, but we're not are we?

    Just for one from today

I have been looking back and there is certainly a trend after matches. The ones that cant wait to have a dig at the so called negatives come out after a win or draw, then complain when the negatives get attacked after a loss.
The positives, as I will call them, then moan like **** about the negatives posting, saying that all that is ever posted on here is negative ****e, well I think there is a hell of a lot more from the positives having a go at the negatives. If you get my drift.

I have just read my post and I do seem to have waffled a bit here, lol.

But this is an internet forum, where debates and even arguments are allowed, surely it is better to have these on here rather than down at Oakwell on saturdays?
These discussions are no worse than what used to happen in pubs and clubs all over befiore we had the internet.
It cannot be right to try and censure someone because they see things differently.
I personally think we are playing some nice football, but we need to be able to mix things up a bit, because we have no real strength inside the opponents box, but according to some of the posts I have read on here it would seem that some believe we are the best side in the bloody league,
There is room in life for all sides to have their say, surely that is what the whole point of living in a free society is all about.

    I'd agree ...

... save for [my perception] the fact that it seems the majority of those that scream that the sky is falling after a defeat do tend to be the ones that seem to go out of their way to criticise every little thing about the club.

I agree entirely that there's nothing wrong whatsoever in someone have a bit of a moan about a bad performance or particular player that doesn't pull his weight. I used to berate Nicky Eaden, I think I have an irrational hatred of the guy, but I realise I'm in a minority on that score.

Some of the 'doom mongers' post repeated verbage across thread after thread after thread, in any forum it'd be classed as trolling, and that's what winds other people up. I think it's wrong to call them 'happy clappers' because [again only my perception] you get the feeling that some of those posters actually want a defeat so they can have a good old moan, give themselves a virtual pat on the back at how clever they were and how they knew when everyone else was wrong that X.Y and Z wasn't good enough.

Someone having a moan about something after a match I have no issue with, someone trolling the board and saturating thread after thread with negative posts purely to grab attention boils my (and it seems others) blood.

Sadly we have far too much of the former on the board as of late.

    Re: I'd agree ...

This is my perception too. I also find (again my perception) that some of the most vocal moaners (on here and in the pubs) are 'fans' that don't even go to games and support the club. They complain about the lack of quality signings yet do 'jack sh.it' to help the club financially.

A big flaw in what you say

This is a thread moaning about people who moan about people moaning.

Free speech is what we've got. Free to moan about anything.

Is it a crime to praise Keith Hill and his tactics? Or should only 'negative nellies' be allowed on here? It works both ways. My personal opinion is that a lot of the over the top praise was as a direct consequence of the over the top criticism of the performances and Keith Hill at the beginning of the season. Why do folk who troll the board with their persistent negative posts then object to other folk questioning their loyalties on what is supposed to be a FANS forum?
Personally, I think we're simply work in progress. Some parts appear to be progressing at a faster rate than others, which most people would expect & accept.Unfortunately, some people want everything now and are unwilling to wait. Patience is a virtue they appear to lack.

I do hope you are not saying I am like you!!!!

There are too many people on here that only see things one way, their way,it is not black or white, plenty of work still to do , but plenty of work been done.
