    They are no different to any other team in the world, only they can actually afford ANY player they want. Utd have done it several times over the years, so did Liverpool, so have Barcelona, so have Real Madrid.

    They are also trying to manipulate the financial fair play rules by this crazy sponsorship deal.

    If other teams could do it then I have no doubt they would. It is not a game for the average man/team, the Prem is just about money. I have no interest in the greedy *******s whatsoever!

    I agree 100%. Whilst I find it mildly amusing to see manure suffer because I hate them, in reality I can't understand why anyone would be ecstatic that City have whipped manure - they have bought their way to where they are in a way that outstrips the way Chelsea did it. Given the choice, I would rather manure win the title than City despite the levels of hatred I have for them.

    In no time at all from now, when City have walked to the title multiple times paying players a squillion pounds a minute and look dominant for the next decade, people will want them to fall on their arses like they just have wanted manure to. They look nailed on for the title and I find it depressing that they have done it so quickly - they may as well have just bought it from a shop.

    Personally speaking, for me they can all just sink in their steaming pit of money and greed and **** off. The sooner they all **** off and set up a European Leage and leave domestic competition altogether the better for me.

    When the PL eats itself I will dance on its grave.

    The players sold and savings on wages on the ones who retired cancelled out the transfer fees for arrivals.
    At least Manchester United can balance their books by transfers in and out and the overall revenue the club brings in. The Glaziers did not arrive at Old Trafford and hand over ridiculous amounts of money like what happened at Citeh. Infact they have done the opposite writing off debts and putting debts against the club.
    Man Utd could afford to buy players based on their own income alone without a big investor and still compete as they have proved, as the Glaziers have not put a penny into the club.
    For the last two European home games Citeh who haven't been in Europe for 43 years did not fill their ground. So much for them singing Manchester is our City, Stockport maybe. They only managed a meagre 25,000 in the League Cup against Birmingham, some tickets were even on sale for £15. So if Sheikh whats his name pi$$sed off they would not be able to maintain this team whereas Manchester United have always generated their own income without rich oil barons showering them in money and buying them trophies.

    Yes they do if you take away the debts the Glaziers have secured against the club.
    Based on income from gates, TV, merchandise, sponsorsip, transfers etc then yes they do

    No just pointing out some facts, but if you want to say i'm bitter and it makes you happy carry on sweetie. I was pointing out that just when you thought the premier League couldn't be dragged down even further along came Sheikh whathisname and dragged it down even further and if rumours are to be believed it will get even worse if the group from Qatar buy MUFC from the Glaziers
