    Met Dave a few times and his lovely dog Bess. The pair were devoted to each other. A great bloke who I'm sure will be sadly missed.

    He organised a BBS do a couple of years ago in the Anglers. I remember it well because I walked there from Dodworth. I arrived early and spent an hour with Dave and Bess before the others arrived. He had arranged a buffet which I think he partially paid for himself, although I'm not sure. It was a good night and a credit to him.

    I didnt even know he was ill and had put his lack of posting these days down to his dislike of the new BBS

    Met him a few times at BBS do's and he seemed a really nice guy

    Sad news that he is no longer with us and my thoughts go to his family and dog
