all of the squad Hill is doing a good job as with any new team we will have one or two hicups along the way
Booooo !!! we don't allow hicups! ;-) seriously though, I agree entirely. One the whole this is the best type of passing footie I've seen for a long time.
time will tell but after some of the dross we have had endure. This could be the turning point Hill clearly says it as he sees it , but hey he is fighting his corner and sticking up for his men And if any of them let him down i dint think he will hold any punches with them either
Re: Even better when some of our better injured players are back.. Hassell will revert to his best postion when fit Haynes will have to fight to get in the side
Re: Even better when some of our better injured players are back.. But if Wiseman's playing so brilliantly how can Bobby get to play in his best position at right back?
I agree completely. Aside from the odd blip such as Saturday I am really enjoying this season and really like Hill. It can only get better when the likes of Haynes and Sir Bobby come back.
Re: Even better when some of our better injured players are back.. Wiseman is not a good defender, he's a decent footballer and decent going forward but he doesn't defend properly, very much like McEeveley, neither stop their wingers getting crosses in and never get tight to their man, although Jay Mac is better with the 'last ditch' tackles than Wiseman. Bobby should walk back in at right back for me when he's fit
Re: Even better when some of our better injured players are back.. Do you and tyrone have big rows about Wiseman and Hassell and that at the game? Or does he just come on here to wind us all up? He does a cracking job if that's the case.
Re: Even better when some of our better injured players are back.. We don't sit together at home games, and he hasn't been to many away games this season, but it's fair to say, and he would agree, that his views on Hassell are not reciprocated by many, if any, BFC fans, never mind his closest mates, 'cos they all love Sir Bobby! Not really discussed Wiseman with him, and didn't realise Tyrone loved him so much till I read about it on here, but in my opinion the only thing that would keep Wiseman in the team before Bobby is the fact that him and Hill have 'worked together' for a few years, or in other words, Wiseman is Hill's signing, as is Matt Done, so he clearly sees things in those two that all of us haven't quite seen yet. That's as diplomatic as I can put it Jay!!
Re: Even better when some of our better injured players are back.. in my opinion a footballer that can pass to a player wearing the same colour shirt as himself is a better player than one that cant a defender that can mark a man is better than one that cant
Re: Even better when some of our better injured players are back.. i respect your opinion, i dont agree with it though
Fairly Happy..........BUT.......... .............where would we be if Keith had a bit of money to spend on one or two quality strikers For example, I think he would have brought Le Fondre in if he had the money to spend. I think with a bit more quality up front we would have won some of those drawn games...and from this be sitting somewhere around the top six At the moment Hillflicker are doing a great job with the limited resources they have
Re: Even better when some of our better injured players are back.. Ha, ha ... and I wouldn't expect you to mate!!
Re: Even better when some of our better injured players are back.. onee of the two players is question WILL play at a higher level that the championship ONE WONT
Re: Even better when some of our better injured players are back.. So what you are saying is Wiseman will play in the Premiership one day but Bobby Hassell won't. I suspect neither of them will mate, but that's 'cos Bobby's too old now and Wiseman will never be good enough for that level
