(sorry if this has been posted) FA Appeal Rooney's Ban... **** him I say (LINK)

Wayne Rooney just has to be the most loathesome footballer EVER to have been spawned in the British Isles...he does not deserve to have the God Given talents he has.. I would give up another 40 or 50 years of hurt till football comes home, if that boy( I refuse to call him a man, cos he simply is not) is kept from ever wearing an England shirt again.. he does not represent the values of GREAT BRITAIN at all.

has he groped and broke a womans nose like marlon king ? caused a death by driving then drove away like lee hughes ? stubbed a cig in the eye of a youth player along with many other things like **** barton ? or did what graham rix did which imo he should hang for ? please explain why he is the most loathsome footballer ever and why he doesnt deserve his talent , i am interested to know

 

I agree. He is not the most likeable player to have "been spawned in the British Isles" but the ones you name are far more loathesome. And, but for one moment of stupidity in an England shirt recently I think he has been doing everything pretty much right for the last 12 months or so. As the most talented forward player we have - and I get the impression the most genuinely commited for the England cause of the current bunch - for me he has to continue donning an England shirt whenever fit and available.

 

On what basis can they appeal? The tit kicked an opponent nothing to do with play, its an automatic 3 match ban over here isn't it? whats the appeal he only kicked him a little bit. Smacks of total desperation
