I turn 44 tomorrow and would much rather have a late night online battle with a few beers and mates in a videogame, than sit with the missus and watch Text Factor or whatever sh*te your women folk force you to watch these days. If anything it keeps your mind and reflexes sharp. Also, COD has an 18 certificate, so not really a kids game.
