He's a ****, read the previous reports over the years when we've come face to face, glad he's realised in this years report Donny town centre is no different to our own. I know a few lads of that board including the old Donny dog Andy from the England away games.

Who, Stainforths finest? Noticed his latest rumblings on the Donny forum all begin with "one cell neighbours from Barnsley" that lads highly educated, HND in tarmacing.

Not too sure mate, it's a strange one, he never missed a game for years then had the illness and as far as I know hasn't been since.

One reason why it should be a proper rivalry

We're South Yorkshire's top two clubs, and arguably have been since Rovers came into this division. League table aside, both clubs have been run soundly enough; we've tried not to repeat any mistakes of 97-01, and Donny's never really been big enough of a club to spend of the sort of scale which is killing football, whilst the Sheffield clubs have thrown money about to try an secure promotion, unsuccessfully. It should be a massive rivalry, as every club needs a mutual main rival. Some reds fans would say the Wendies are our main rival, some would say the Blunts, some might even say dirty weeds from Bellend Road, but none of these clubs would say Barnsley are their main rivals. A rivalry is nothing more than a base point for a bit of harmless banter between two rival towns/cities, and therefore as neighbours, Barnsley and Doncaster are more than suited to become rivals, and the longer we remain South Yorkshire's two top clubs the better for our own personal rivalry.

However Doncaster are endangering this pending rivalry, by subscribing to the damaging poison which Willie McKay is providing through his network of over paid footballers looking for work. Not that it seems to be doing Doncaster many favours, and I feel they could suffer from both a lack of motivation from existing playing staff, and a lack of desire from McKay's input, who are basically picking up a wage whilst the opportunity still remains.

    However...

Carl Ikeme, fecking good signing, will do well for Donny, just hope the fact that us being one of the few teams managing to score against him this season (albeit an own goal) will be a saving grace tomorrow.

    UP THE REDS!!!
